To ensure customer satisfaction, every Fall From Grace product is professionally inspected, verified for quality, and securely sealed prior to shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping Method & Rates
All orders are shipped using Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days).
Note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Fall From Grace is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact fallfromgracegame@gmail.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the shrink-wrapped product and packaging for verification.
To assist with claims, do not open the shrink-wrapped package if it appears damaged upon arrival.
