Return & Refund Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction, every Fall From Grace product is professionally inspected, verified for quality, and securely sealed prior to shipment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to applicable restocking fees and the cost of return shipping/processing.
To request a return, email 📧 fallfromgracegame@gmail.com and include:
- Order number (from your confirmation email) and whether the purchase was made through FallFromGraceGame.com or Amazon.
- Reason for return (we may be able to offer an alternative solution at no-cost to you [e.g., replacing a damaged or defective card]).
- Condition of return (see conditions below).
- Photos of the product and packaging (optional but recommended).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a Return Authorization Email with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
1. Unopened Product
If the product is unopened and remains in its original factory shrink wrap, a refund will be issued minus a $10.00 USD return shipping/processing fee.
2. Opened but Unused Product
If the product has been opened (e.g., the factory shrink wrap is broken or removed) but all contents are complete, unused, and in new condition, the refund amount will be reduced by applicable fees, including a $10.00 USD return shipping/processing fee, and a 15% restocking fee per unit.
3. Opened and Used or Damaged/Missing-Contents Product
If the product has been opened and any components show signs of use, wear, damage, stains, or are missing, the refund amount will be reduced by applicable fees, including a $10.00 USD return shipping/processing fee, and a restocking fee of up to 50% per unit to cover the cost of replacing damaged or missing components.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the shrink-wrapped product and packaging.
- To assist with claims, do not open the shrink-wrapped package if it appears damaged upon arrival. This allows us to verify whether the damage occurred during shipping or after opening. Once verified, a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) will be provided at no charge.
- Items that appear to have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused are not eligible for a refund.
